A foundational focus looks at releasing lower body tension and adding in strength in its place in order to increase mobility, build sustainability of practice, and awaken mind/body connection. This 70 minute practice is a great repeat practice to continue to familiarize yourself with body Yin and Vinyasa yoga as well as the impact/benefits for your body. As you continue to practice you will find this sets you up for success in your regular yoga practice.
