20-Hr Yin Immsersion & Teacher Training

20-Hour Yin Yoga Immersion & Teacher Training
April 10–12 | Denver, CO

Slow down. Listen deeper. Learn to hold space for yourself and others.

This 20-Hour Yin Yoga Immersion is an invitation to step out of doing mode and into deep listening, embodiment, and intelligent stillness.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher seeking an upgrade in your teaching skills, a wellness professional wanting to better support nervous system balance, or a devoted student ready to understand why yin works so profoundly, this weekend will change the way you practice, teach, and rest in your body.

Yin yoga is not passive. It is precise, potent, and deeply transformative when approached with skill, sensitivity, and respect for the body’s innate wisdom. This immersion blends functional anatomy, fascia science, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and lived experience into an accessible, grounded learning environment.

You’ll learn not just how to do yin but how to hold space masterfully, and speak from your truth vulnerably.

What You’ll Explore:

The Foundations of Yin Yoga

  • The principles of yin vs. yang

  • Stillness, time, and edge and how to work skillfully with all three

  • How yin supports resilience, adaptability, and long-term health & wellbeing

Functional Anatomy & Fascia
