This 20-Hour Yin Yoga Immersion is an invitation for an inward shift. Step out of doing mode and into deep listening, embodiment, and intelligent stillness.

This weekend will change the way you practice, teach, and feel in your body day-to-day.

Yin yoga is precise, potent, and deeply transformative when approached with skill, sensitivity, and respect for the body’s most primal nervous system responses.
